ARPA Small Business Grant Application

Completed applications must be submitted by 12 AM, Jan 3, 2023.

Qualifying businesses must be located within the City of Norcross and have a Norcross business license. Below is a list of required documents to submit this application. Please make sure you have digital copies available to upload before beginning your application.

The following documents will be required with your application, as applicable:

Home Based Business

• Primary Contact Identification (Accepted forms of ID: US Passport, Driver's License, or State Issued Picture ID)
• City of Norcross Business License
• Georgia Secretary of State Annual Registration
• One of the following Business Tax Return 2019 & 2020, Copies of 1099-Ks 2019 & 2020 or 2 years of Business Bank Statements
• Home-Based Businesses – Current Last 3 Months Bank Statements
• Copy of most recent payroll ledger to confirm FTEs

Commercial Location Business

• Primary Contact Identification (Accepted forms of ID: US Passport, Driver's License, or State Issued Picture ID)
• City of Norcross Business License
• Georgia Secretary of State Annual Registration
• One of the following Business Tax Return 2019 & 2020, Copies of 1099-Ks 2019 & 2020 or 2 years of Business Bank Statements
• Commercial Location Businesses - Confirmation of last month's rent/mortgage payment.
• Commercial Location Businesses - Most recent utility bill(s) for business location.

Examples of Types of Business Tax Returns. Please submit the type of business tax forms that are needed for the type of business entity.

• Sole-Proprietors - 2019 & 2020 applicable business tax return (include IRS Form Schedule C)
• Partnerships - 2019 & 2020 applicable business tax return (include IRS Form 1065 and all K-1s)
• Corporations (including LLC that files as S-Corp) - 2019 & 2020 applicable business tax return (include IRS Form 1120 or 1120-S)
